PHN 2018 - New Song
With great joy, the Canção Nova Community invites you, young people, to celebrate 20 years of the PHN Camp. at the community headquarters, in Cachoeira Paulista (SP).
The event will be attended by: Father Adriano Zandoná, padre Fábio Camargos, padre Marcelo Rossi,_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-13_bad90ccário M81- Saritoripad5cf58 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_padre Paulo Ricardo, Alexandra Gonçalves, Astromar Miranda, Dunga, Emanuel Stênio, Magda Ishikawa, Pitter, Tiba and Tiago Marcon. Shows com Adriana Arydes, Dunga, Eliana Ribeiro, Emanuel Stênio and Missionary Shalom.
Inspired by the words of Don Bosco, the theme of the meeting is "It is enough that you are young for me to love you". According to the Canção Nova missionary and creator of the event, Dunga, Canção Nova wants to make the 20-year-old PHN Camp the largest Don Bosco oratory in the world.
This year's event, in addition to the general theme, will be supported by two columns: in the statement of Saint Dominic Savio who says: “It is better to die than to sin”. And in the biblical passage "Ye have not yet resisted to the point of blood, in the struggle against sin" (Hebrews 12, 4).
You, who have long struggled with sin; you, who want to begin to fight against sin; and you, who are aimless and don't know what to do, come to Canção Nova! It doesn't matter how you are, just be young. Let's form an army together in the fight against sin.
About the Don Bosco Oratory
The Oratory is the soul of the Salesian Congregation. Started on December 8, 1841, it is a social project that serves young people in the community. Don Bosco's great dream, when creating an Oratory, was to have a place where poor and abandoned young people could find a family and support. Don Bosco Oratory can be characterized as a place of welcome, of preparation for life, and a space for living together in simplicity and joy; whose motto is: “To form good Christians and honest citizens” (Don Bosco). The Oratory is a prodigious action of Don Bosco, which today is replicated in different communities by the Salesian presence throughout the world.
