One of the most charming towns in the Highlands of Mantiqueira, Passa Quatro has attractions ranging from colonial houses to privileged nature, dotted with waterfalls, forests, parks and peaks. The chill at dusk and the delights of good Minas Gerais cuisine add to the destination, sought after by tourists of different profiles.
In the center, a walk through the cobblestone streets reveals the preserved buildings from the end of the 19th century.
The tour lasts two hours and takes you to Coronel Fulgencio Station, on the border with São Paulo. Among the attractions, stops to enjoy the tunnel that connects the two states and also to shop for sweets and handicrafts at Manacá Station. The trip (10 km each way) is animated by a guitar player and, on weekends, it is advisable to make a reservation - both wagons are usually full of tourists.
The natural attractions are on the outskirts of Passa Quatro. This is the case of the Gomeira waterfall, hidden in a private property - visitors, however, are welcome. Access is by easy trail and ends in a strong and invigorating shower.
To enjoy the tranquility and typical landscapes of the region, head to the National Forest, a small area managed by Ibama with pine and araucaria vegetation, in addition to nurseries, trails, seedling sales, a lake and a waterfall. On the way back, stop at the Engenho Doce still to see the local cachaça manufacturing process.

For national travel using air and/or road transport, it is necessary to present an original identification document in good condition (Any of the following: Identity Card; National Passport; National Driver's License (model with photograph); Professional Cards issued by the National Councils (models with photo); Work Card). Minors of 12 Years:
To embark on national trips under the age of 12 (incomplete) it is necessary to be accompanied by one of the parents or grandparents, or guardian, or even by a brother or uncle over 18 years of age, always proving the degree of kinship (through of the Child's Original Birth Certificate or Certified Copy).
